Smoking is not permitted in the flats and we ask you to respect this. If you still want to indulge in the vice and wish to smoke, please use the balcony or terrace.
The terrace invites you to relax, weather permitting. There is plenty of patio furniture available. You will find the cushions for chairs and loungers on site.
Pets are not allowed in flats 2 and 3.
We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that fellow travellers also adhere to the terms and conditions.
In the interests of good co-operation, we ask you to observe the public quiet hours.
These are daily from 13:00 - 15:00, between 22:00 - 8:00 and on Sundays and public holidays.
It is not permitted to use candles or other naked lights in the flats.
In the event of immediately necessary repairs, it may be essential and necessary for the landlord to enter the flat without the tenant's knowledge.
Parking in front of the house is prohibited by the city of Leipzig. Please use the parking facilities on the parallel street and at the sports field.
To avoid the formation of mould, we ask you to ventilate the flats sufficiently. At least 1 airing a day for 5-10 minutes.
The entrance door should be closed after leaving the house. The keys to the flats should be deposited in the key safes provided.
The windows should also be closed when leaving the flat to prevent damage caused by storms or burglary.
The flats are cleaned after each use. The costs for the final cleaning are to be borne by the guest and are already included in the rental price. However, we reserve the right to charge separately for gross soiling and the disposal of any items brought in.
The landlords are not liable for the tenants' valuables.
